1. Beta service, provided “as is”
TonTV is in early beta. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Features, content, rewards, and figures may change or be withdrawn at any time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You access TonTV through Telegram. You are responsible for your account and for complying with Telegram’s terms and applicable laws in your country.
3. Rewards are illustrative
Any points, tokens, or earnings referenced are illustrative and not a promise of payment or financial return. Reward mechanics are subject to change and may have no monetary value.
4. Content & intellectual property
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users and partners to do the same. Content available during beta may include placeholder or third-party material; we operate a notice-and-takedown process — see our Content / DMCA policy. Do not upload or distribute content you do not have the right to use.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, infringement, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to manipulate rewards.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TonTV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the beta service.
