Our commitment

TonTV respects copyright and intellectual-property rights. TonTV is in early beta and the catalog is being built out with licensed and original content. If you believe content available through TonTV infringes your rights, tell us and we will act promptly.

How to file a notice

Email copyright@toncorp.io with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The specific TonTV location (title / URL / screen) of the material.
• Your contact details (name, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and that the information is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

On a valid notice we remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and, where applicable, notify the party that supplied it. We maintain a repeat-infringer policy and may remove accounts that repeatedly infringe.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent required details.
